Roshan Mathew and Darshana Rajendran played the lead roles, while Shyam Fernando, Mahendra Perera and Sumith Ilango played supporting roles.  The film is jointly helmed by Anto, Jaison, Sanita, Vincent, Alexandra Kelleher, Jyothi Krishna and Sunitha Rajagopal under the banners Newton Cinema and Madras Talkies.<\/p>\n<p>The Paradise film premiered at the 28th Busan International Film Festival on October 7, 2023. But the film is expected to hit theaters in May 2024.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storyline<\/h2>\n<p>The film is about an Indian couple, Keshava and Amritha, who go on holiday to Sri Lanka.  They visit the sites that refer to Ramayana, an Indian epic mythology.  Unfortunately, the country faces a financial crisis and the couple is robbed at knifepoint. According to sources, Disney+ Hotstar could acquire the streaming rights.
