The anime series \u201cCampione<\/em>‘ is based on a popular and successful fantasy light novel of the same name, first published in 2008. The ‘Campione!<\/em>‘ light novel series was written by You Taketsuki<\/em><\/strong> and illustrated by Sikorski<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cCampione\u201d is an exceptional action ecchi anime series loved by fans all over the world. It revolves around the adventures of Godou Kusanagi, who becomes a god slayer and attracts many women. He is joined by Erica Blandelli, a self-proclaimed witch who fights to protect people from heretical gods.<\/p>\n

The anime television series Campione has only existed a season<\/strong>. It is directed by Keizou Kusakawa<\/a> and animated by Diomedea<\/a>.<\/p>\n

No announcement has been made yet as to whether the studio and director will return for a possible new season of Campione.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Added to this is the popularity of the anime and demand from fans<\/strong>. The first season received low reviews and ratings, with an average rating of 7.8 out of 10 on MyAnimeList. Many fans have been waiting for a sequel since the first season ended in 2012. However, the light novel series ended with volume 21 in 2017, with no signs of a second season.<\/p>\n

The main problem stems from the anime’s lack of profitability<\/strong>. The first season had mediocre sales, with fewer than 4,000 copies per Blu-ray sold. The series has also been made for years and no new merchandise or figures have been made for this franchise since then.
