Arizona Supreme Court lets Kari Lake keep scribbling, despite lack of evidence
In recent news, the Arizona The Supreme Court denied Lake Kariasks to skip the Court of Appeals and overturn the results of the previous governor’s race. This decision was taken following legal proceedings. The Supreme Court granted Lake additional time to address her supporters, who followed her despite her election loss to the governor. Katie Hobbs.
Lake’s latest attempt to alter reality in court could be a long process, possibly lasting until 2024 and ultimately leading to a potential race for the U.S. Supreme Court if he loses. This could allow him to continue his fraudulent activities without consequences.

Recently, Lake’s attorneys and those representing the Republican nominee for Secretary of State Marc Finchem were fined $122,200 by a judge for filing a baseless lawsuit.
(Not that these people applied for any other guy.)
Assistant County Attorney Tom Liddy said of the penalties, “These people are suing without any evidence and wasting $122,000 of taxpayers’ money – but now we got it back.”
Other sanctions have also been imposed for cases involving Lake and Finchem.
But the sad reality is that they win by losing, which allows them to follow the donald trump model and use legal setbacks as money-making opportunities.
The assistant county prosecutor handling the case, which the Supreme Court returned to the Court of Appeals, said it would have been nice if the Supreme Court had allowed Lake to lead the case.

Deputy County Attorney Joseph La Rue believed this would ensure “judicial economy and finality in the election.”
He followed Lake’s entire trial making a simple point, stating that “most of the factual allegations in the petition are patently false and false statements.”
However, when the Supreme Court finally rejects Lake’s latest attempt, I wouldn’t expect the “finality” LaRue mentions.

In Trump’s playbook, which Lake dutifully follows, a lost election, defeat in court, or loss of any kind is held up as proof that the vast conspiracy fabricated against him is real.
And fights require generous contributions from supporters. Like it or not, they win more than they lose with such people.
