- If you have applied one promotional code while booking the movie tickets, they will be considered redeemed even if you have canceled the ticket.
- You need to cancel the cinema ticket 2 hours before the show starts.
- In case of cancellation, the refund amount will be given for the movie ticket only. You will not get a refund of the amount you paid for the convenience fee or food and drinks.
- The cancellation protection fee is non-refundable. You will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price.
- The cancellation amount will be credited to your bank account or Paytm wallet within 7-10 working days.
How to Cancel Paytm Movie Ticket on Android/iPhone
1. Install the Pay app on your Android phone or iPhone from the Google Play Store or App Store.
2. Start the Pay app after installation and Log in to your account by providing mobile number or email address and password.
4. Tap your Profile icon is located in the upper left corner of the screen.
5. Scroll down and select the Orders & Booking section.
6. A page showing current transactions will appear; select the cinema ticket you ordered.
7. Tap the Cancel booking option available under the movie ticket to cancel it.
8. A pop-up screen will appear on the screen; choose the Cancel ticket possibility to confirm the cancellation.
9. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will get a confirmation message on the screen and Paytm will initiate the refund as per the cancellation policy.
