Birth and early life
Isha Keskar was born on November 11, 1991 in Pune, Maharasthra. She is the beloved daughter of Medha and Chaitanya Keskar.
Isha attended the esteemed Sinhagad School in Pune. After completing her high school education, she attended Symbiosis College where she obtained her degree in psychology.
Career
After completing her studies, Isha moved to Mumbai where she started appearing in modeling and dancing competitions. In 2013, she made her debut in the Marathi film industry by playing a minor role in the comedy-drama film We Are On! Houn Jau Dya, directed by Amol Palekar
Isha got the opportunity to play a lead role in Zee Marathi’s mythological series Jai Malhar as Banu in 2014-2017. The serial story is based on Lord Martanda Bhairava aka Khandoba and is directed by Kartik Kendhe and Avinash Waghmare.
After gaining popularity, Isha landed another lead role in Zee Marathi’s soap opera Majhya Navaryachi Bayko as Shanaya Sabnis by replacing Rasika Sunil in 2018-2021.
Later, she acted in many Marathi films such as Yala Jeevan Aise Naav (2016), Girlfriend (2019), Sher Shivraj (2022) and Sarla Ek Koti (2023).
In November 2023, Isha was seen in Star Parvah’s romantic drama series Laxmichya Paulanni as Kalanidhi Khare aka Kala, alongside Adwait Chandekar. The series is a remake of the Bengali soap opera Gaatchora.
Isha made headlines for appearing in a historical Marathi film Shivrayancha Chhava, which released on February 16, 2024. Starring Bhushan Nanasaheb Patil, Chinmay Mandlekar and Ayesha Madhukar. The film is made under the banner of Everest Entertainment Marathi and AA Films.
