Pratik Gandhi is an Indian actor and theater artist who works primarily in the Gujarati film industry. He gained attention on a national level and received critical acclaim for his role as a stockbroker Harshad Mehta in the 2020 biographical drama web series Sony LIV Scam 1992. Pratik made his debut in the Bollywood main film Bhavai. He plays a prominent role in the Madgaon Express movie.
He came into limelight after achieving success with the Gujarati plays Aa Paar Ke Pele Paar starring Firoz Bhagat, Apara Mehta and Vipra Rawal.
The play was commercially successful and he was soon seen in several plays such as Apurva Avsar, Master Madam, Hun Chandrakant Bakshi and Mere Piya Gaye Rangoon.
During his school days, he was involved in theater arts Bhulka BhavanSurat.
He wanted to become a doctor, but opted for industrial engineering in Maharashtra due to his low grades in school.
After graduating, he started his career as a salesman during the day and also worked in the theater at night.
He worked with the National Productivity Council in Satara, Pune, and works for a multinational in Mumbai.
In 2006, Pratik Gandhi made his debut film in Yours emotionally, which was co-produced by United Kingdom-Indian.
In 2014, he made his Gujarati film debut with the film Bey Yaar, directed by Abhishek Jain. He subsequently appeared in films like Wrong Side Raju, Tamburo and Love Ni Bhavai.
Pratik Gandhi married television and theater actress Bhamini Oza in 2009. The couple was blessed of a daughter born in 2014.
