Parvathy Thiruvothu is an Indian actress who works mainly in the Malayalam film industry. She made her debut in the Malayalam film Out of Syllabus. Her debut Tamil film is Poo as Maari in the year 2008. Her work in the Malayalam film Koode as Sophie with Prithviraj and in the Autorickshawkkarante Bharya film as Radhika gave her a huge fan base. Parvathy plays a prominent role in Naga Chaitanya’s Dhootha series, which is streaming online on Amazon Prime Video.
The Parvathy family now lives in Kochi, Kerala, India. She started her acting career in 2006 in the film Out of Syllabus, in which she played Gayatri in a supporting role. She subsequently acted in several Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil films in the following years. She made her Hollywood debut with the film Wonder Women (2022) and played the role of Mini
She made her debut Hindi film titled Qarib Qarib Singlle in 2017. Moreover, she has also won several awards and accolades for her performance. In 2016, Parvathy won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in the Malayalam film Ennu Ninte Moideen. She won the IFFI Best Actor Award for the film Take Off at the 48th International Film Festival of India. She also received the National Film Award – Special Mention for the same role. Parvathy bagged several Filmfare awards for her various roles, including the 2016 Filmfare Award for Best Actress for the role of Kanchanamala.
